The local New Orleans restaurant, Coterie, announced they would be opening in the charismatic town of Broussard. Manuel Builders posted renderings of the modern restaurant that will be opening at the corner of South Bernard Road and Ambassador Caffery Parkway. Current renderings show a first-floor oyster bar and a sky bar on the second floor.
The Coterie takes pride in serving authentic New Orleans dishes, most of which have been passed down for generations. In addition, the New Orleans location features a happy hour Monday through Friday from three to six p.m. that discounts bloody marys, hurricanes, wine, and more! We’re excited to see if they will offer a similar happy hour menu in Broussard.
